Blues-Rock band from Toronto, active from 1965 to 1967. After Jack London left "Jack London & The Sparrow", Dennis and Jerry Edmonton and Nick St. Nicholas added John Kay and Goldy McJohn to the group now known as The Sparrows. This is their second single (of 3), released in November, 1966, after they left for California. In 1967 Dennis Edmonton left the band for a solo career and changed his name to Mars Bonfire. The others became the heavy rock group Steppenwolf. Dave Edmonton co-wrote Side 1 with brother Jerry, and Side 2 with Nick St. Nicholas.
