The Guess Who started out as "Al and the Silvertones" in 1960. In 1962 this was changed to "Bob Ashley and the Relections" and in 1963 changed again to Chad Allan and the Reflections. Group later changed its name to Chad Allan and the Expressions.

This is the first 45 release by the group that eventually became "The Guess Who" and it is the only 45 by Bob Ashley and the Reflections.

The "A" side is written by Chad Allan aka Allan Kowbel and the "B" side was written by Randy Bachman. The "A" side is an R&R instrumental and the "B" side is a killer surf instrumental.
