The Bandura: every instrument has it's own unique characteristics. The Bandura, too, has a sound particular to it's design. The stringed instrument is Ukraine's National instrument. I first learned to play the bandura in high school at St. Vladimir's College in Roblin, Manitoba.
The cover art for "Jeffrey's Musical Restaurant: Ukrainian Feast" is a folk art style called "Petrykivs'kii Rozpys" by Olena Zinchuk,, nowe a resident of Saskatoon.
Boris Borowetz: bandura
Recorded by Boris Borowetz, Hudson Bay,, Saskatchewan, January, 1996.
