Roméo Pérusse

Roméo Pérusse made his mark as a comedian in the most frequented Montreal cabarets from the early 1950s. His fast-paced humor and daring jokes made him a big star in Quebec.

On television, he has been seen in several variety shows alongside Léo Rivest, Juliette Petrie, Claude Blanchard, Gilles Latulippe and many other comedians. During the last five years of his life, he worked as a researcher on the program Les Démons du midi on Radio-Canada.
