Biography

The fall of 1979 found my band and I performing in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia at the Fisheries Exhibition. While we were there, a pleasant young couple came to me and spoke of their desire to have me produce an album for them. Their sincerity and deep desire to get into this business of making phonograph records so impressed me that I decided then and there to undertake the project.

This album is what came about from that September meeting I had with Kelli and Jim Veno. Kelli is doing all of the lead vocals and Jim is playing a few guitar licks as well as giving his lady his unwavering support. These are two beautiful people and are a credit to the world in general.

It's my pleasure to introduce you to Kelli Veno and Silver Rain.
