Bob Wiseman has cast himself in roles as varied as modern pianist, composer, animator, filmmaker, playwright, actor, stand-‐up and producer. Many try to categorize this legendary artist’s thirty year career into broader terms – media artist, singer songwriter but he prefers the more succinct description -‐ song and dance man. Currently he makes films about his songs, projecting them live and accompanying them musically utilizing his very capable accordion, guitar or piano skills, with which he has won Juno awards and CBC lifetime achievement awards. The National Campus Association nominated him in 2010 for the Governor General‘s Media Arts Award.

His upcoming 13th album “GIULIETTA MASINA AT THE OSCARS CRYING” features guests Mary Margaret O’Hara, Serena Ryder, Basia Bulat, Maylee Todd and jazz wunderkind Mark Hundevad. Currently his 2010 one-‐man comedy, “Actionable”, about legal encounters in the music business is being made into a feature film by Executive producers Daniel Bekerman and Coral Aiken.
