I’m a twenty-two year old singer-songwriter from Dawson Creek, B.C. In 1971, I finished school and moved down to Vancouver ‘seeking my fame and fortune.’ Since then I've played a lot of gigs (ranging from the Hudson’s Bay Menswear Department to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre), got a couple rave reviews, seen some different cities, and written some songs. Now it’s 1975. These days I find myself with a great backlog of songs, recording possibilities, and another bio to write for C.B.C. These four tunes were taken from a Goldrush show taped October ‘74. Claire and I returned to the studio in January to polish ‘em up. I added some ‘Oohs’ and they were re-mixed. Appearing with my voice and guitar is Terry Frewer’s guitar and Doug Edwards’ bass. Thanks to them for helping out and playing all the right notes.
