Choices

Theo Massop's CD "Choices" is about life, love, spirituality, self empowerment, dealing with changes and how the choices we make in life dictates the path we follow. Sometimes raising more questions than giving answers, the songs are thoughtful and touch on a wide range of subject matter and human emotions. Brian Hazelbower, CHLY radio programmer said, "There are ten solid rockin' songs on Theo's CD 'Choices' and they all have something to say. I have dubbed it, thinkin' man's music." Regarding Theo's first album "Voyager", Tom Harrison of the Vancouver Province wrote, "Massop is an able folk/pop writer. His songs have a measure of sophistication. He writes homilies with a rock edge whose wisdom occasionally hits the ground like a hundred pound rail." Together with some of the finest musicians and vocalist from the Canadian west coast, Choices has been carefully crafted while retaining the essence of the original composition. Drawing from folk, blues, country and pop, this "roots rock" album fits well in the contemporary "adult alternative" genre.
